This is pretty sweet!
The style is very nice :D
But maybe you could try working a little on the collar-bone area, and retract the jaw a little?
Other that that, this piece is quite interesting!

This is sexy on so many levels!
You really nailed the anatomy, the detailing on the blue glow pattern is really sleak and I love the colors.

Oh man, I love cyborg-ish things like this.
This is too creepily awesome! :D
The only thing I have a comment on is the mechanical details on the neck, I don't know if it's only me, but it feels somewhat unable to move the way it should.
But yeah, as I mentioned, I'm fucking loving this!
And I'm really into the oxy-tanks and V6 engine
